HVAC Experience & Labor
We supply HVAC sheet metal labor for commercial and industrial projects, whether it’s a new build or an upfit. A typical project spans 3+ months, with a crew of 2-10 employees, including the following roles:
Sheet Metal Mechanic
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial/industrial HVAC duct work installation
Ability to interpret blueprints, assemble, and install various types of duct work to specifications
Ability to troubleshoot issues in a thoughtful way to ensure timely and effective production
Direct helpers who assist with assembly, support/hangers, and installation of duct work
Ability to observe and comply with all safety requirements and project guidelines
Sheet Metal Helper
Minimum 1 year experience in commercial/industrial HVAC duct work installation
Must have sheet metal tools to perform daily tasks
Ability to assist mechanic with assembly, installation, and duct sealing various types of duct work to specifications
Ability to locate/mark location of supports/hangers and install
Ability to troubleshoot issues in a thoughtful way to ensure timely and effective production
Ability to observe and comply with all safety requirements and project guidelines
Must have sheet metal tools to perform daily tasks
